As the season finale this tournament will be used to select the UK Representatives for the 2009/10 ITSF World Championships held in Nantes, France between Jan 6th and 10th.

Please note that this year for the Open events there are extra qualifying spots (exact numbers to be confirmed soon) for those who have NOT qualified via the usual qualification route (either by being in the POY Top 16 or as a top 3 finisher in an Open event this season). A qualifying round for each Open event will determine the final places for their respective main events. For those who have already qualified your place is safe in the main draw, however you will have to confirm by (date to be announced) that you are attending and (if necessary) who you are partnered with to ensure your place.

This tournament will alse see the BFA National League 2007 completed.
