UK FOOSBALL TOUR

Season 2008/09 will have 3 TOUR EVENTS to be held on fully upgraded Foos4Fun Tornado tables:

20th - 22nd February 2009 - THE TOUR KICK OFF - Quality Hotel Altrincham, Langham Rd, Bowdon, Altrincham, Cheshire

1st - 3rd May 2009 - THE SPRING TIME CLASSIC - The Holywell, Hinckley, Leicestershire

3rd - 5th July 2009 - THE MAJOR - Warren's Holiday Village, Bristol

The UK Foosball Tour provides many unique features and opportunities:

• The ONLY Tornado tournaments in the UK to use the superior Foos4Fun tables
• Use A NEW RANKING SYSTEM to be set alongside the official BFA rankings to enable Player Of the Year (POY) qualification for the end of season UK Championships (details and ranking list to follow) FOR THE ENTIRITY OF THE FIRST EVENT THE CURRENT BFA RANKINGS WILL BE USED.
• CHEAPER ENTRY FEES, MORE EVENTS AND DEEPER PAYOUTS mean tournaments are no longer a financial burden and BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY
• STUDENT AND U18 DISCOUNTS (10% and 20% off respectively) acknowledge the situation of a large portion of the current player base
• The return of flat rate fees for the Open events mean you are NO LONGER PUNISHED FOR BEING HIGHLY RANKED
• Its with great pleasure that we also launch our RETURN TO FOOS CAMPAIGN. Any player who has not attended a BFA ranking tournament in the last year will have 25% taken off their entry fees.
• YOUR CUSTOM AND LOYALTY ARE HIGHLY VALUED AND REWARDED - discounts for regular attendees and end of season UKFP player awards
• OVERSEAS PLAYER DISCOUNT All non UK residents attending their first UK Foosball Promotions event will receive a 20% discount from their entry fees.
• A SPONSORSHIP SCHEME is in place - details to be announced soon

The UK Tournament Tour is planned to continue into the 2009/10 season starting in November 2009.
