If you have not attended a tournament this year, please fill out the basic membership form. You will have to provide the information required in the form at the tournament site if you do not provide it now, so registering your details now will speed up administration on the day of the tournament.

Pre-registration saves money and helps organisers to plan ahead. Please fill in the form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. An asterisk denotes a required field. Please note that we have started requiring a MOBILE NUMBER as part of pre-reg. This is so we can call players who are late / missing / on recall etc. If you do not have a mobile please enter N/A

Your entries will be used to assist the tournament organiser in determining match formats and other aspects on the day. Players should still register at the desk on the day in advance of registration close.

A strict recall and foreiture procedure will apply to teams which are late for their matches when they are called.
